In Herefordshire, SENCOs have been working diligently to ensure that their schools’ SEND provision is continually assessed and enhanced. This PD group will serve as a platform for SENCOs to collaborate on reviewing their action plans, fostering distributed leadership of SEND across their schools, identifying shared priorities where joint training and collaboration could have the greatest impact, and concentrating efforts on defining, implementing, and evaluating a focused area of improvement.

All sessions will be led by Alison Parr and Sian Alderton.
