As the number of children with SEND continues to rise in mainstream primary schools, roles and responsibilities within school SEND team continue to evolve. There is a greater expectation on phase and subject leaders in primary schools to support their teams in meeting the needs of pupils with SEND.

This PD group will help middle leaders understand what they should be aware of in terms of SEND, and how they can support their colleagues in meeting the needs of pupils with SEND

Dates and times of sessions

• Session 1: 24th September 4-5pm (online)
• Session 2: 23rd October 4-5pm (online)
• Session 3: 27th November 4-5pm (online)
• Session 4: 28th January 2026 4-5pm (online)
