Description: 

• Hear from a recent school leader on their inspection experience and the application of the report card in relation to SEND and Inclusion 
• Hear from two of the regions Early Years Stronger Practice on inclusion from the Earliest Years. 
• Hear from a RISE advisor on the Region’s priorities, how they are supporting universal and targeted offer 
• Learn how the WSS resources and CPD can support inclusion in your setting. 

Objectives: 

• To gain a practical understanding of the Ofsted framework and the scorecards 
• To gain understanding on how the RISE teams will work to support universal offer and targeted support 
• To evaluate and develop inclusive practice in your setting 
• Signposted to available resources and professional development for use across all school settings 
• Networking with other senior / inclusion leaders 

Desired Outcomes: 

• To be more confident in the current accountability framework and what secure/strong/exemplary SEND provision / inclusion looks like 
• Increased knowledge in the accountability framework
