Inclusion, Context and the New Framework – What Are We Seeing So Far?
This session offers a focused exploration of how inclusion is emerging within the early implementation of the new Ofsted framework. We will examine the evolving landscape: what inspectors consider, how inclusion is being interpreted in practice, and the patterns beginning to surface across schools.
The second part of the presentation will shift the lens to context — understanding your children, your community, and your school story. We will explore why contextual clarity is central to inspection readiness and to high‑quality inclusive practice. The session concludes with some practical takeaways for leaders, spanning inclusion, teaching and learning, and strategic preparation under the new framework.
