Inclusion Across the School – Strategic, Practical and Lived
The second session digs deeper into what inclusion looks like when it is lived across a whole school. We will explore the reality that inclusion is rarely neat — it is relational, adaptive and sometimes messy. Participants will consider what this means for strategic leadership and how to articulate their school’s inclusive intent and practice. A facilitated discussion and reflection will support leaders to connect this to their own context.
A further input will focus on case tracking and typicality: what inspectors are looking for, how lived experience shows up in classrooms, and how leaders can evidence the journey of individual children. The session closes with a set of actionable takeaways to support leaders in strengthening inclusive culture, practice, and narrative across their school.
