Staffordshire LA Professional Development (PD) Group

For professionals ready to work on a school improvement project over time.

Professional Development (PD) Groups are facilitated, cohort-based groups where professionals work on a defined school improvement project over time.

These are not webinars or one-off CPD sessions. Participation involves active engagement across a series of sessions, with work taking place in your setting between sessions.

Participants are expected to commit to attending all sessions and to work on their improvement project between sessions.

The aim of this PD group is to bring together the lead personnel for the new Inclusion Bases (Enhanced Resource Base) that are being planned in Staffordshire.
Each session will take the leads closer to the point of being able to submit their proposal to the Department for Education and use to help the LA to co-construct a Staffordshire Inclusion Base Quality Audit Framework.

Please note: This PD Group is delivered as a series of sessions and requires commitment to attending all sessions.

• Session 2: Friday 20 November 2026, 9:00-10:30am
• Session 3: Friday 15 January 2027, 9:00-11:00am
