In this session, we will explore strategies for creating inclusive pathways that support the successful transition of learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We will cover key elements of effective transition planning, including collaboration with parents, carers, and external agencies, understanding individual learner needs, and integrating careers education into personalised learning plans. By the end of this session, you will have practical tools and insights to enhance your approach to transition planning for learners with SEND.

This is the first in a three-part series in collaboration with the Careers and Enterprise Company. Keep an eye out for the next 2 events taking place in October 2025 and March 2026.

Due to the interactive nature of these sessions, recordings will not be made available after the event.
