Join us for a targeted and high-impact event focused on securing and enacting a curriculum that provides aspirational learning. Designed specifically for school leaders, this conference will support in developing and embedding aspirational Enhanced Provisions within their school.

This conference moves beyond basic compliance, focusing on strategic leadership and operational excellence to ensure specialised provisions are not only effective but also fully integrated into the whole-school community.

Through a series of expert keynotes and focused workshops, you will gain practical insights and actionable strategies across five critical domains:

  • Strategic Leadership of Enhanced Provisions: Explore effective models for establishing, funding, and sustaining high-quality provisions. Learn how to align provision goals with your school's overall strategic vision and manage the complex logistics of specialist settings.
  • Provisions as Part of the Whole-School Community: Discover how to ensure pupils within enhanced provisions are authentically included, both academically and socially. We will cover fostering strong relationships with mainstream staff and promoting a culture of shared responsibility for every child.
  • Accurate Identification and Assessment: Enhance your team's expertise in using precise, evidence-based assessment processes for student entry, progress monitoring, and exit from specialist provisions.
  • Subject Leadership and Curricular Excellence: Learn how Subject Leaders can adapt their curriculum and pedagogy specifically for pupils in enhanced provisions: maintaining high academic ambition and ensuring curriculum fidelity whilst meeting individual needs.
  • Quality Assurance and Impact Measurement: Review best practices for measuring the impact of enhanced provisions on pupil progress, well-being, and future outcomes.
