Our new SEND system leader series for MAT and LA SEND leaders supporting multiple schools.

This Whole School SEND mentoring series brings together SEND and Inclusion leaders working across multiple schools to reflect together, share insights, and strengthen inclusive practice across their settings. Across three online sessions, participants will explore approaches to developing inclusive cultures, building coherent systems, and using Whole School SEND resources such as the MAT SEND Review Guide - to support reflection and development across a school group.

  • LA SEND or Inclusion Advisors 
  • Leaders supporting SEND and inclusion across multiple schools

Format: 

  • Three online sessions
  • One hour per session 
  • Facilitated discussion and breakout groups

Dates: 

  • Session 1: Leadership and Culture Wednesday 4th February, 10 - 11am
  • Session 2: Systems and Processes Wednesday 4th March, 10 - 11am
  • Session 3: Monitoring and Review Wednesday 18th March, 10 - 11am
