Creating an emotionally safe environment - Secondary & Further Education

This live online networking session explores how you can create an emotionally safe environment for all learners in a secondary or FE setting. It provides an opportunity for delegates to network with colleagues from across the country, to share experiences and learn from others. One of our regional leads will facilitate the session and participants will be encouraged to ask questions and join in pertinent discussions.
Content will be responsive to the questions and conversations of participants but may cover the following themes:
- factors that are key to emotional safety, and
- approaches that help promote emotional safety for learners
These sessions build on our online SEND CPD units.
NB: Due to the interactive nature of these sessions, recordings will not be made available after the event, so book now as places are limited!
