Marius is currently strategic lead for E-Learning Development and Youth Justice at Achievement for All. After a spell as a neuroscientist and teacher, Marius became Headteacher of Bedminster Down in Bristol and led the school community to a remarkable transformation, becoming one of the first in the region to gain the Inclusion kitemark and trebling performance outcomes in a decade. In 2010, Marius became CEO of ASDAN Education, a large curriculum development and innovation charity and awarding organization, before eventually joining Achievement for All in 2015. Marius led a DfE-funded programme to reduce the impact and incidence of bullying on children and young people with SEND before turning his attention to youth justice, leading a two-year DfE contract aimed at securing better outcomes for young people with SEND in the Youth Justice System. He continues in his prime role editing and building online professional development programmes.
