Our ‘Train the Trainer’ packages are designed for leaders, SENCOs and inclusion teams who want to deliver high-quality, evidence-based neurodiversity training to leadership teams and teachers, with clarity, confidence and minimal preparation time. Each package contains separate, focussed activities for both leaders and teachers
We know the most effective training comes from people who understand their own setting. That is why our packages give you the tools to deliver it yourself, with everything you need to lead quality-assured sessions tailored to your school or college.
They are designed to be:
- Relevant – needs-led and strengths-based, easily tailored to your setting’s context
- Flexible – deliver the leadership and teacher training your way, over time rather than in a single input
- Sustainable – ideal for ongoing CPD and long-term staff development
Aligned with the latest DfE and EEF guidance, the packages include:
- Ready-made leadership and teacher training slides, with activities, case studies and presenter guidance
- Bitesize modules including executive function, intersectionality, adaptive teaching and independence
- Clear guidance on how to deliver each session and quality-assure inclusive neuro-affirming practice

The packages launch on Wednesday 23 September 2026. Join one of our free webinars to help you introduce, deliver and embed the training. All sessions run 3.45pm to 4.45pm.

Measuring impact
This training will be free to access thanks to DfE funding. When it launches, all we ask is that you help demonstrate the value of this investment by completing two quick tasks:
- Before training – tell us how many people you plan to train and when (this is the pre-registration form below).
- After training – ask attendees to complete the short attendance form (the link and QR code are included on page 1 of the training slides).

Audience: Assistant Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, Head Teacher, Inclusion Manager/Leader, SENCO, Senior Leader
