Free mental health and wellbeing programme to support autistic pupils in secondary schools

As the statistics show that autistic pupils can have their mental health and wellbeing significantly more affected than their peers, this programme empowers them to understand themselves and feel OK.

The co-produced, peer-led programme, produced in collaboration with Zurich and the Zurich Foundation, aims to build a whole-school community where autistic pupils feel understood and accepted. The resources within the toolkit have been adapted to meet the specific needs of specialist schools and youth groups, ensuring it is inclusive across different education settings.

The toolkit is free and available to download now.
